HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Hill County Election Office wants to remind the public that the upcoming General Election will be conducted by mail, with the additional option to vote in person.
All active voters in Hill County will be mailed a ballot on October 9th, and early voting will be available at the County Courthouse starting on October 2nd.
Voters can register by mail until October 26th. After that, new registrations must be done in person at the Clerk and Recorder’s Office.
The County checks every single signature on every single ballot affirmation envelope to ensure their legitimacy. If a signature does not match, the ballot is rejected and the voter is contacted.
