HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Havre’s Holiday Village Mall has been sold to a New York Based Company, according to a deed obtained by New Media Broadcasters.
The address of the buyer on the deed dated Nov. 1 matches with Kohan Retail Investment Group, a company based out of Great Neck, New York that owns more than two dozen malls across the country.
Kohan Retail Investment Group was unavailable for comment as of Friday afternoon, and the Holiday Village Mall declined comment.
