(US Attorney Office) The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Montana today announced the departure of U. S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich, effective Monday.
Mr. Laslovich has served as the chief federal law enforcement officer for the District of Montana since being sworn into office on June 2, 2022. President Joe Biden nominated Mr. Laslovich for the position on January 31, 2022, and the U.S. Senate confirmed him on May 17 of that year.
First Assistant Timothy J. Racicot is now the Acting U.S. Attorney following the departure.
