WASHINGTON D.C. (NMB) – Jesse Laslovich has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the U.S. Attorney for Montana
Montana’s U.S. Senators, Democrat Jon Tester and Republican Steve Daines, were in favor of the confirmation and congratulated Laslovich in statements released on Tuesday.
He has served as a Special Assistant in the Montana U.S. Attorney Office, an Assistant Attorney General with the Montana Attorney General’s Office, and as Chief Legal Counsel and Deputy State Auditor in the Montana State Auditor’s Office. He ran for State Auditor in 2016 as a Democrat but lost to Republican Matt Rosendale.
Laslovich is an Anaconda native that has been working in Helena as Regional Vice President for SCL Health Montana-Wyoming.
