Helena, MT – The Frontier Conference named it’s three volleyball players week. On the list Montana State University-Northern Skylights very own Lexi Jones being named the defensive player of the week.
Hailing from Heritage Pointe, Albera, Canada, Lexi Jones earns the award as a freshman for the first time. Jones put up a combined 15 blocks between the two games to help the Skylights go 2-0 last week.
In the first game at Dickinson State (RV) Jones put up nine blocks, two solo, and seven assisted blocks. Jones followed that performance up with six blocks at Bismark State to help the Skylights get the three-set sweep.
The Frontier Conference also named Dakota States’ attacker Macy Wathen and Setter Maddi Langerock.
