Havre, MT – After starting off the 2025 season 0-1, MSU-Northern Lights basketball has won three straight with an offense that is only improving.
Through the last three games the Lights are claiming victory by an average of 18 points 52% from the field and 43% form three. In the three victories, Northern has controlled the ball well averaging just over 20 assists per game and 11.6 turnovers per game.
Lights head coach Shawn Huse said they need to keep improving but has also liked what he has seen.
“We have to keep improving no matter what’s happening bad or good night after night weekend after weekend. . . We did a pretty nice job of playing our basketball and getting the looks we want and turning in stops into points in transition.”
Lights will look to stay hot when they travel to Great Falls on Thursday November 13, to take on the Argos of Providence.
