Havre, MT – It was announced on Tuesday that Lights junior Justing Windauer was named as the Cascade Collegiate Conference Wrestler of the week.
Over the weekend Windauer, the No. 12 ranked wrestler in the country at 157lbs, dominated at the Missouri Valley Invitational to take first place without losing a match.
Windauer secured three pins, two technical falls and a major decision to go undefeated.
Lights wrestling is the No. 24 team in the country and will host a duel against southern Oregon on Saturday January 31, while also sending wrestlers to the Tyler Plummer Classic in Dickinson North Dakota.
