Havre, MT – MSU-Northern head Cross Country coach, Debrah Callahan, announced two signees to the Norther program this month.
On January 9, 2026, Coach Callahan announced the signing of Harlem High School standout Donovan Archambault. Archambault was a key piece of Harlem’s 2025 Class B cross country state title. Donovan’s best time in the 5000-meter at Harlem High was 16:52.
On Tuesday January 20, 2026 Coach Callahan announced the signing of Browning High School star Jakob Burns. Burns best time for Browning the 5000-meter racer was 18:47. Jakob helped Browning earn the Class A Cross Country State Championship in 2023.
Both runners will join the program for the 2026 fall season and will also run for the Lights distance Track program.
