Billings – A Lodge Grass man today admitted to assaulting and injuring his girlfriend on the Crow Indian Reservation.
Brian Allen Kruger pleaded guilty to assault of a dating or intimate partner resulting in substantial injury. Kruger faces a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.
The court set sentencing for March 20, 2024 and Kruger remains detained pending further proceedings. United States District Judge Susan P. Watters presided over the case.
