(Helena) Work is underway to improve the Logging Creek Campground on the Belt Creek-White Sulphur Springs Ranger District and Spotted Dog Road on the Helena Ranger District.
With the presence and activity of heavy machinery, both projects will require temporary closures to ensure safety for the public and workers.
Logging Creek Campground will be closed throughout the summer of 2025 as work is completed to expand parking pads for larger recreational vehicles.Spotted Dog Road will be closed through the 31st for leg one of the project, while another leg will begin May 15tn and work concurrently with leg one.
