MARION, Mont. (NMB) – A 69-year-old Marion woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Flathead County on Sunday morning.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the crash occurred at 9:25 AM at mile marker 106.5 of US 2. The woman was driving a 2007 Ford F250 westbound on the wet road when the vehicle drifted to the right and hit a delineator post. The vehicle went up onto an embankment and rolled into some trees.
She was the only occupant of the vehicle and was wearing a seatbelt.
Alcohol, drugs, or excessive speed are all not listed as suspected factors.
