(Havre) The Milk River Gobblers is hosting their 5th annual Wild Turkey Banquet on Saturday February 3rd.
Jeff Dibblee handles public relations for the Milk River Gobblers, and he says that all the money the group makes from these banquets is turned right back to the community.
“The banquet is for our club to raise funds for scholarships, local activities. The majority of our funds are returned right back to the community; we give out scholarships, last year we gave out five scholarships we had some $500, some $250 [scholarships]. Depending on how our proceeds are from the banquet will depend on the amount of the scholarships”
