(Glasgow) The Montana Department of Transportation and its partners plan to replace up to eight timber bridges in the Glasgow area this year, and with the recent spring-like weather, that’s something they say they’ve already gotten a jumpstart on.
New Media Broadcasters spoke with Sloane Stinson, account executive with Big Sky Public Relations, to ask more about the bridge replacement project.
“They’re replacing 8 timber bridges in the Glasgow area. They’re bridges that, sadly, need to be updated. The same project updated seven bridges last year. So yeah, they’re doing a great job and there will probably be another bridge in 2025, so there should be 16 in total that are going to be replaced in 3 years”
