(Helena) – The Montana Medical Assistance Program Advisory Council will be meeting October 26th at 4pm via Zoom. These meetings are open to the public but are not mandatory for participants in the MAP Program. Additional meeting dates for the rest of this year will be taking place November 16th and December 14th. To participate in this meeting, find the link here.
As a subdivision of the Department of Labor and Industry, the Montana Assistance Program serves licensed healthcare professionals who enter the program voluntarily or as required by their licensing board or program. MAP operates separately and independently from the Department’s professional licensing functions. MAP staff, records, communications, and assistance activities are kept apart from licensing staff and licensing processes, allowing MAP to protect participant confidentiality and carry out its public-protection responsibilities without involvement in licensing decisions.
