(MSU Extension) Montana State University Extension has two new fertilizer sheets available for producers. Clain Jones, MSU Extension, Soil Fertility Specialist, tells us more.
“There’s two different sheets, one is called the soil test interpretation, so it’s how to read a soil test. What do all those numbers mean? And the other one is taking that one step furthur and determining how much fertilizer you need to apply based on Montana State University soil guidelines and those soil test reports and these are in documents we call soils scoops. I have twenty of those online.”
