The MSU Northern Lights wrestling squad took part of the 2022 Battle of the Rockies tournament in Great Falls. They fared as follows…

125-Tanner Cook won fifth place by injury.

133-Cooper Cook won a decision 5-2 to make it to the Championship round.

133-Brennon McDermott won by a major decision 15-5 to take fifth place.

141-Colin Silverthorn took fifth place by a technical fall 17-1.

149- Martin Wilkie took first place beating Kanaipono Tapia from North Idaho by a decision 3-2.

149-Georgino Moraga lost by a Tech fall 16-0 for fourth place.

157-Gavin McLean took fourth place, as he had to medically forfeit.
165-Devin Crawford lost in the championship round against Jordan Komac from Providence by a 5-3 decision, for second..

165- Zach Valdez took fourth place losing to Bridger Hall from Providence by a fall 1:14.

174-Nakoda Siegel won in the champiionship against fellow Light Rylin Burns by a decision 7-4.

184-Austin Vanek took third place by a tech fall 23-8.

197-Carl Hansen dominated the Championship round against Jacob Anderson from Providence by a Fall 3:14.
