With the ending of fall sports, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the NAIA Scholar athletes.
To be named a Scholar Athlete students that participate in all fall sports, football, volleyball, men’s and women’s cross country, and men’s and women’s soccer, must maintain a minimum grade point average between 3.5 and 4.0. The other criteria is student athletes must be in their second year at their school.
Montana State University-Northern had six student athletes selected. there were four volleyball Skylights and two cross country Skylights.
Selected from Skylights volleyball was senior Josie Hasler, senior Macee Selman, sophomore Macy Uffelman, and sophomore Emily Bird.
From Skylight cross country senior Makaela Kelly, and sophomore Deserae Toombs were selected.
