HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Montana State University-Northern has set the date for their groundbreaking ceremony for their new Sports Complex.
The groundbreaking will take place on Monday, March 16 at 10 AM on the west side of the Hagener Science Center parking lot.
The public is invited.
MSU-Northern officially launched their campaign to build a new sports complex back in 2019, seeking to raise $3 million to complete phase one of the project.
As of mid-February, they were approximately $300,000 short of that goal.
The University has said they would like the stadium to be ready to host football games by this fall.
