HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The National Development Council certified Director of Bear Paw Development Corporation’s Food and Agriculture Development Center Michael Peter as an Economic Development Finance Professional Thursday, Feb 27.
Peter who primarily works with agricultural entrepreneurs, believes this certification will help his efforts to expand the economy and create jobs in rural areas.
Executive Director of Bear Paw Development Paul Tuss says, “Michael is a valuable member of our team and this designation demonstrates his commitment as an economic development practitioner to continue to make a difference for our rural area.”
The certification program takes a total of 5 days and instructs attendees in real estate financing, business credit analysis, deal structuring, loan packaging and creating development programs.
