(Havre) – On July 14th, Northern Montana Child Development Center (NMCDC) will be hosting a Family Fun day at Pepin Park in Havre from 11am to 2pm. Child services director Katlynn Bodner with the NMCDC explains what people can expect at the event.
“We’re partnering with different multiple p[artners throughout the community so, NMCDC specifically will have lunch, we’re having sloppy joes and we will also have snacks to go with that and the CDC activities, we’re going to have pools with squirt guns for kids to play with. We’ll have horseshoes, we have a popcorn machine, we have a ring toss, we have corn hole, and then we’ve invited multiple partners from the community to join. The rest of HRDC will be joining us and I’m not exactly sure what activities they will be bringing. I do know that the Sheriff’s Department and the Ambulance and Fire Department will also be there with their vehicles. I know we have a large group of community partners joining us.”-Bodner
