The MSU-Northern Wrestling Team placed second in the field of the Battle of the Rockies wrestling tournament hosted by the University of Providence. Host team, U of Providence, took first with 167 points and the Lights followed behind in second with 163 points. First place finishers for Northern included; Nick Kuntz at 133, Martin Wilkie at 141, Rylin Burns at 174, Carl Hansen at 184, and Issac Bartel at 197. Devin Crawford and Connor Harris took third and fourth place respectively.
Next for the Lights wrestling team will be a dual meet on December 17th against Eastern Oregon in Reno, Nevada and that same weekend Northern will take part in the Reno Tournament of Champions.
