On Saturday the Havre Northstars swept a double header at American Legion Field against the Medicine Hat Knights.
In game one the Northstarrs clinched the win at the bottom of the fifth inning with seven runs, beating the Knights, 12-2.
Every member of the Northstars scored a run with Eli Cloninger, Brody Nanini, Trenton Maloughney scoring two runs, each.
In game two, Havre secured victory in the bottom of the third but not before the Knights put two runs on the scoreboard. By the end of the fifth the Northstars comfortably closed out the game, 13-3. Eli Cloninger and Drake Berreth contributed three runs to the win. Next up for the Northstars is the North District Tournament.
