(Malta) – The Phillips County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday June 5th their office received a 9-1-1 call from a male requesting an ambulance for his girlfriend at a Malta Residence. The boyfriend started CPR and once law enforcement was on the scene they took over those life saving efforts. This was continued until emergency medical personnel arrived and they took over patient care.
Despite the efforts of all, the victim could not be revived. Following a thorough investigation by the Phillip’s County Sheriff’s Office, there is not evidence to suspect foul play or any suspicious circumstances around the death.
