Shall the county governing body be authorized to impose a 0.5% local option motor vehicle tax upon all luxury light weight vehicles with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $100,000.00 or more and all motor homes with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $200,000.00 or more, as imposed under MCA 61-3-321(2) or 61-3-562 using the assessment found in MCA 61-3-503 beginning January 1st, 2023?

The collection of these funds will be distributed according to the law set forth in MCA 61-3-537.
