(Missoula) – A Polson man who admitted to trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl was sentenced today to five years and six months years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Thomas Joseph Duran pleaded guilty in April to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances after Montana Highway Patrol troopers pulled over the car he was in during a vehicle search.
United States District Judge Donald W. Molloy presided over the case with Assistant Attorney Tara J. Elliott prosecuting.
