(NMB) The Havre Blue Pony Volleyball team finally got to play on their home court Saturday afternoon and defeated the Dawson County Red Devils by a final of 3 sets to 1. 25 to 16, 25 to 27, 25 to 7 and 25 to 10. After dropping that second set, Head Coach Stephanie Huse was pleased with the way her team responded. “Ya, I think it kind of showed the character of the girls. When they lost that second set, they were not happy at all and they just came out and were extremely aggressive, they executed what they needed and we ended up winning the next two.”
With the win on Saturday the Blue Pony Volleyball team improved to 3 and 0 in the Northeast “A” Conference and 4 and 0 overall. They will be back on the road this week for matches is Browning and Lewistown Thursday and Saturday.
