(Rocky Boy) A federal judge sentenced a Billings man who admitted to armed trafficking of meth and other substances on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation to 10 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
The defendant, 36-year-old David Victor Fast Horse, pleaded guilty in September 2024 to possession with intent to distribute meth and to possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
