This New Years Hill County and Havre Ford are collaborating to ensure that the roadways stay safe.
Safe and Sober is an annual campaign to administer free rides to those celebrating New Years and drinking alcoholic beverages. The program allows those who have consumed alcohol to receive a free ride home from community volunteers in vehicles provided by Havre Ford.
The program has been running for approximately 25 years with over 300 rides given on each New Years.
