(Washington) – The Salewa USA LLC of Boulder,Colorado has issued a recall on the Wild Country brand Superlight Rocks and Superlight Rocks set1-6 single cable wire chocks used for climbing.
The Chockes when exposed to seaside conditions can cause corrosion to occur and weaken the cable causing it to break. The chocks were distributed specialty outdoors strokes around the country and online from January 2017 to February 2023.
Consumers are advised to stop using the chocks immediately and contact Wild Country to coordinate free shipment for a free replacement.
