Havre, MT – Tuesday night four seniors took the floor at Havre High school in what would be their last regular season home match.
The Blue Ponies hosted the Malta Mustangs for a competitive battle.
In the first set the Ponies rattled off four straight points to tie it up 22 a piece. The mustangs and Ponies volleyed back and forth to see tied up again at 24. A miss aimed bump from Malta put Havre on the board for 25 and a Spike from over the middle ended the set in a 26-24 Havre victory.
The Blue Ponies started off stronger in the second set jumping out to a 12-7 lead. Havre eventually pushed it to a 21-14 lead before ultimately claiming the set 25-16.
The Ponies dominated early in set number 3 with a 10-1. Havre stayed dominate to end the set and the match, on senior night, with a double digit win 25-12.
