(Keller Sherman) – The Montana State University Northern Skylights dropped a (3-1) contest to Carroll College as the Saints spoiled Senior night in Armory Gym.
The first two sets were quite even as the two teams split with Carroll winning the first set (25-23) and Northern responding with a (26-24) set two victory. The Saints would win the next two sets by bigger margins taking the third (25-12) and the fourth (25-15) to close out the match.
Alana Graves had 12 kills and hit .229. Jessalyn Chvillcek had 11 kills while Baily Egan led the team in digs with 28. Macee Murphy had 28 assists. The team recorded six blocks on the match.
Now 11-12 overall and 3-8 in Frontier Conference play, the Skylights will be back in Armory Gym on Wednesday night to host Rocky Mountain College for Host Parent Night. First serve from Armory Gym is set for 7pm.
