(Havre) – The City of Havre Public Works Department says that street closures and excavation are planned today and tomorrow in the intersections of second and third street on 14th street.
Detour traffic controls will be in place along 13th and 15th avenues with 4th street. Oversize loads are recommended to use 24th avenue East while work zones are in effect.
