Havre, MT – Chinook Sugarbeeter football dropped their first game of the season but know where to grow.
Chinook fell to Belt on the road last week 38-14.
Head coach of the Sugarbeeters mike Jones told New Media Broadcasters where he believes his team needs to improve.
“Our physicality needs to ramp up another couple levels every day in practice. We also need to play with lower pad levels on all facets of the game and just worry about doing 1 job and trust the other guys around them.” said coach Jones. “I think they are doing good. They are not happy about the loss, but they are using it as a learning opportunity.”
The Sugarbeeters are back at home this week with a game on Friday against Rocky Boy, Kick is at 7p.m. from Hoon field and you can listen on KRYK.
