Havre, MT – Rising Chinook Sugarbeeter senior, Jameson Nordboe, recently announced his verbal commitment to the Dickinson State University Blue Hawk football program for the 2027 season.
Head coach of the Beeters, Mike Jones, told New Media Broadcaster Sports what kind of skillset the Blue Hawks are signing in Nordboe.
“They’re getting a good talented wide reciever that is going to be a play maker and go get balls in the air. He is a really good route runner. The one thing I think is underrated from him is his ability to block and his football IQ is pretty high. What I think they are going to get from him is just a player that’s dedicated, loves football, and is going to go out there and compete for a spot every single day.”
Nordboe helped lead chinook as a pass catcher to a 7-3 overall season with a first round playoff appearance in 2025.
