Teenager in Custody after Threat Reported to School in Great Falls

GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – The Great Falls Police Department says a 13-year-old student of North Middle School was arrested on Monday after reports circulated of a potential threat to the school.

A press release says the student is facing the charge of felony intimidation after an investigation into the source of the threat was conducted.

The threat was reported at around noon on Sunday and the investigation was carried out by the Great Falls Police Department and the District’s School Resource Officers.

The student did not attend school on Monday and their guardians were cooperative with the investigation.
