Two Havre Residents Admit Trafficking Fentanyl and Meth

(Great Falls) – Two Havre residents accused of distributing fentanyl and methamphetamine to the Fort Belknap and the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservations admitted today to a drug trafficking crime.

Brittany Alice Bradley and Daniel First Raised each pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and face a mandatory minimum of five years to 40 years of imprisonment, a $5 million fine and at least four years of supervised release.

Sentencing was set for December 18th and the defendants were detained pending further proceedings.
