Veterans Affairs Officers to Meet with Vets in January

HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – In January, Service Officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting locations in our area to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits.

A press release says those interested in applying for benefits need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, the DD-214’s, with them.

On Wednesday, Jan. 8, they will be at the Shelby Courthouse from 9:30-11:30 AM and at the Glacier County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30-3:30 PM.

On Thursday, Jan. 9, they will be at the new Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9-11 AM.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, they will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic from 1-4 PM.

On Thursday, Jan. 16, they will be at Malta City Hall from 1:30-2:30 PM and at the IHS CHR Conference Room in Fort Belknap from 1:30-2:30 PM.

On Friday, Jan. 17, they will be at the Rocky Boy Vet Center from 1:30-2:30 PM.

On Wednesday, Jan. 22, they will be at the Shelby Courthouse from 9:30-11:30 AM and at the Glacier County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30-3:30 PM.

And on Thursday, Jan. 23, they will be at the new Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9-11 AM.
