HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – In July, Service Officers for Montana Veteran Affairs will be visiting locations in our area to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. A press release says, interested parties need to bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, the DD-214’s, with them.
On Wednesday, August 7th, they will be in the Shelby Courthouse from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and at the County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. On Thursday the 8th, they will meet at the Eagle Shield Building in Browning from 9 to 11 AM. On Friday the 9th, they will be at the Rocky Boy Vet Center from 1:30 to 2:30 PM.
No outreach meetings will be held on August 14th and 15th.
On Wednesday, August 21st, they will be back in the Shelby Courthouse from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and at the County Extension Office in Cut Bank from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. And on Thursday, the 22nd, they will return to Browning at the Eagle Shield Building from 9 to 11 AM.
