The Chester Hospital has recently decided to join with Logan Health. Shari Dolan the President and Chief Financial officer for the hospital explains why they decided to join with Logan Health.
“So, the main reason is just because of the ever-changing healthcare world regarding regulations and compliance there’s just getting to be so much that is very detailed. We have some very good and strong leaders at our facility, and we have very knowledge and smart employees, but because of the ever-changing healthcare world it’s becoming more and more difficult for a small hospital to maintain that complete knowledge and abilities to be able to implement everything that has to be done. So, we joined for the reasons of additional knowledge, additional depth within the different regulatory areas and just having the additional knowledge and individuals to help us with that.” -Shari Dolan
