CUSTER COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – A 71-year-old Ismay woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Custer County on Monday afternoon.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at 4:50 PM on Knowlton road when a Ford Ranger went off the right side of the road and overturned into the ditch. The driver was ejected and died on scene.
There were no other occupants in the vehicle, and the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
Alcohol, drugs, or excessive speed are not suspected factors in the crash. The road was bare and dry.
