CROW AGENCY, Mont. – Governor Greg Gianforte, Montana Department of Labor and Industry Commissioner Sarah Swanson, and tribal leaders launched the Workforce Warrior campaign, highlighting Native Montanans and their career achievements in skilled trades, health care, education, public service, business, and entrepreneurship.
The campaign is part of DLI’s Hope & Realization Initiative, which works with tribal communities to develop education and workforce programs tailored to local needs. Resources include workforce roundtables, job expos, youth engagement sessions, and the Workforce Warrior poster and video series.
The posters and videos will be distributed statewide to schools, Tribal Colleges, employers, Job Service offices, workforce partners, and community organizations.
