(Havre) On June 22nd Havre Fire Department was called for a car fire on Highway 2 around mile marker 376.
When the fire team arrived the car had already caught fire and was on the side of the road, but HFD Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage says they were able to put it out before any damage to the grass, other vehicles, or explosions occurred.
Havre Fire currently does not know how or why the fire got started with the vehicle, more details to come if and when they become available.
