The second round of the NAIA Tournament saw three Frontier Conference teams in action Wednesday night from the women’s side. Montana Western beats Sterling 72 -68, Rocky Mountain College fell to Lewis-Clarke State 67-50 and Carroll College beat Jamestown by the score of 73-60 with Havre native Kendyl Keller putting up 16 points in the winning effort
And on the men’s side Montana tech edges out Thomas More in Overtime by a final score of 77-72, Hayden Diekhans from Fort Benton added 12 points for Montana Tech
The Women’s teams, Carroll and UM Western advance to the round of sixteen in Sioux City, Iowa and the Montana Tech Men will head to Kansas City for the round of sixteen. Both Tournaments are scheduled for March 13th through the 16th.
