(MT FWP) Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is seeking public input in an effort to update their Statewide Public Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP).
The plan guides FWP in cooperation with local, state, and federal agencies to develop future recreational activities throughout Montana. It also shapes recreation goals for the state over the next five years.
9 public workshops will be held statewide in February and March. They are designed to answer public questions and get feedback on outdoor recreation ideas.
For Region 6, a workshop is scheduled for March 7 at the Cottonwood Inn and Suites in Glasgow from 6-8p. A virtual meeting is also set up for March 12 from 6-8p via Zoom.
