Shoe Drive

The Back to School bash is hosting a shoe drive in the efforts to collect the shoes needed for this year’s back to school bash on August 24th. The shoe drive will run until June 4th. Purchase a brand new pair of shoes and drop them off at IGA, Northstar Athletics, Crawford Distillery, US Bank, Grams or the dollar tree. Your donation will be given to local children on August 24th during the Back to School Bash in Pepin Park

Memorial Day Services @ Hill County Courthouse
May 27 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Memorial Day Services will be held on Monday May 27th at 11am on the west side of the Hill County Courthouse. The service will continue at the Havre Elks Club. Along with other events, there will be a free will offering lunch. For information or questions call Les Johnson 394-2287

Community Swap Meet @ Great Northern Fairgrounds

The Great Northern Fair Foundation is hosting a community swap meet every Saturday in June from 8am until 1pm each day. The swap meet will take place at the Great Northern Fairgrounds in the North side of the commercial building. You sell your own items and rent a space each week for ten dollars. 33rd Annual Bear Paw Rod run @ Great Northern Fairgrounds

The 33rd Annual Hi Line Cruz’n Association Bear Paw Rod Run will be held Friday and Saturday June 7th and 8th at the Great Northern Fairgrounds. This years theme is the Dirty Thirties. The show n shine is Saturday from 11am until 2pm. Poker run 2pm until 4pm. A Pitch Fork Fondue and dance will follow. The show is open to all cars and free to the public. If you want to register a car, you can do that Friday the 7th from 5pm-9pm or Saturday the 8th from 9am-1pm

 

MAT Spring into the past and Cyrano de Bergerac @ Amphitheatre behind Pershing Hall

Cyrano will be presented June 7th and 8th in conjunction with Spring into the past, a historically-inspired festival. Featuring beer, wine and mead booths, food vendors, crafts, games, arts, contests and demonstrations as well as entertainment all day long, All of this will take place in the “amphitheatre” behind Pershing Hall on the MSUN campus and will be fun for the entire family.
Admission to the entire event is free.  On Friday June 7th the festival preview begins at 5pm and the show at 7pm, Saturday June 8th all vendors and booths open at 2pm with the show at 7pm

The Incredible Race Fifth Avenue Christian Church Bible School will be June 10th through the 14th. Open to ages 4 through 5th grade. 8:30am-12:15pm daily.
