Bullock Appoints Locals to Statewide Councils, Boards

HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – Governor Steve Bullock recently announced another round of appointments to statewide boards, councils, and committees.

A press release says that Ray King from Harlem was appointed to the Governor’s Montana Forest Action Advisory Council. King is a Fort Belknap Community Alternate who works for the Tribe. Councilman Warren Morin from Harlem and Councilman Clarence Sivertsen from Belt were also appointed to the Governor’s Montana Forest Action Advisory Council. Morin is a Tribal Councilman and a representative of the Fort Belknap Community. Sivertsen is a Tribal Councilman and a Representative of the Little Shell Chippewa Tribe.

Connie Wethern from Glasgow was appointed to the Montana Council on Developmental Disabilities. She is the Emergency Medical Services Director for Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital.
