HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – Havre’s Holiday Village Mall is up for auction, mall General Manager Michael Liese confirmed on Friday afternoon.
In a statement, Liese said:
“Holiday Village Mall has posted sale of the center in auction on Sept. 27th, 2019. We do not expect the sale to impact the operations of the center. Jones Lang and LaSalle Americas, Inc. has managed the property for the lender that took over in January 2019. We hope to find a buyer that can give the center the attention it deserves and restore it to a vibrant retail destination for the community. There are no anticipated changes to the property at this time. We anticipate a smooth transition to new ownership and expect the center to continue to serve the community as a viable shopping destination.”
