HAVRE, Mont (NMB) – On Monday, a man was sentenced to two years suspended after accepting a plea agreement and pleading guilty to one felony count of theft in Hill County District Court.
Court documents say Ricky J. Hendrickson will also pay $2,100 in restitution, with $1,305 to be released to his mother. The no contact order between Hendrickson and his mother will be lifted, but that condition can be re-imposed.
On October 25th, Hendrickson’s mother reported to the Havre Police that about $2,100 in cash was missing from her purse overnight. When she awoke, she found a note from Hendrickson, who admitted to taking the money.
