GREAT FALLS, Mont. (NMB) – A man has been indicted by a Grand Jury in U.S. District Court in Great Falls on allegations of assaulting a woman on the Rocky Boy’s Reservation in November 2019.
Kelcey James Morsette was indicted on June 4th on one count of felony assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
Court documents state that on November 14th, 2019, in Box Elder, Morsette intentionally assaulted a woman resulting in serious bodily injury.
Morsette’s arraignment is scheduled for 10 AM on July 16th.
If convicted, Morsette faces a maximum of 10 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.
