Rocky Boy Extends Lockdown Through Monday

ROCKY BOY, Mont. (NMB) – The Chippewa Cree Tribe has announced an extension of the lockdown period for the Rocky Boy Reservation through 5:30 PM on Monday, July 20th.

The Stay at Home Order and 10 PM curfew remain in place, and social gatherings are not permitted.

Access to the reservation is only permitted from designated entry points and are limited to professional staff and individuals performing essential activities.

Those needing to get on or off the reservation are limited to one entry and exit per day.

The Chippewa Cree Business Committee says these measures are in place to ensure the health and well-being of the community.
